Spent the last couple days in the low 90s in our house, but between Nick, Greg, & David, all was resolved. Service was great! Technician arrived quickly. Listened to me explain my issues and immediately had a very good idea what the problem was. I showed the A/C unit outside and replaced the capacitor and it worked perfectly after that. It very nice to have qualified technicians available when you have the need.

After a recommendation from my daughter, I called Weiss and they were able to get a technician out the same day. Gregg arrived as scheduled and after checking everything out, he was able to locate the issue. He was very polite and professional and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. He also gave me some recommendations on what to keep an eye out for. The cost was very reasonable as well. I will definitely use Weiss again.

I had technicians from Weiss A/C out to service my A/C units. They were extremely thorough and extremely polite. They explained the entire process as well. I have been a homeowner for 35 years in three different homes. I have always had my air conditioners serviced However, the inspections were always completed in five minutes and they were in and out. Thank you for the outstanding service!!!

They did a great job all around! They had the best quote for us, but also had great high-end options, too. They were very open, honest, and informative as we shopped around for our furnace. When we accepted the quote digitally over the weekend, I had a call from the office by ~10am to schedule our furnace installation by that Monday afternoon! They were prompt and within the 12p-3p window of arrival, they finished and cleaned up everything, checked it all over, gone over any paper work and payment, and we're out the door by 2:58p. Also, as a mom of 3 littles, the boys were able to nap while they were installing the furnace because the men were as quiet as possible so as to not disturb nap time. What a blessing that was!!We are very, very happy with our service and would highly recommend them. We will be a repeat customer!

This was my first time to use Weiss AC & Heating. From the 1st call and throughout the completed process, their communication was exceptional as well as the follow up just days later for a final air adjustment. Throughout the process, Shaun was very professional and proficient and knowledgeable about the process. It was incredible how their entire crew led by Shaun completed this project in less than a day and thoroughly cleaned up both inside and outside after they were finished. It's refreshing to find a company that still puts customer service as well as excellent workmanship above all. All of this at a fair and reasonable price!

We had our upstairs unit AC go out on us during the hot summer. The team at Weiss was fast and responsive and even worked with me by first trying to seal the leaks on the coil. Once we determined that was not going to work, they had already ordered a new coil for my unit without me even having to tell them to do so. That's pro-active and the type of company you want to do business with. Pricing was great and the technicians were super nice and professional. Nick & his team are your go to for any HVAC needs.

Nick did a fantastic job. Service was prompt, professional, and a good value. I had another company come the previous day and they said the entire system needed replaced for several thousand dollars. Nick quickly identified it was just a short at the AC Unit and repaired it for a fraction of the cost. I would highly recommend this company.

First of all, I'm a single, older woman needing honest service. My heater wasn't working and my home was cold. Weiss was referred to me, so I called after being put off for days by other companies. The receptionist was helpful and understood the urgency of getting help to me. She had someone out within hours , texting to let me know the exact arrival time. A very nice technician arrived and promptly found the issue. My gas line was turned off. That's all. He showed me where it was and how to find it for myself if ever an issue again. He gave my heating system a complimentary tune up and my bill was an honest $89 for all. He made sure I had a comfortable temperature before leaving. I had a great night sleeping in a warm house.I know who to trust with all future ac and heating issues.

Weiss A/C and Heating was fabulous. Confirmed appointments, a human answered the phone, scheduled appropriately and arrived during the scheduled time. Steve, our technician was polite and extremely knowledgeable and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure the quality of work was done correctly and then explained to myself and my husband what the problems were and educated us on how to handle issues in the future. Weiss has been extremely helpful in diagnosing a recurring blockage in our AC drain. Their original service and subsequent inspections were very thorough and informative. Both technicians communicated their process and finding openly. The second recommended a next step when the issue was determined to be outside the part of the plumbing they are allowed service.

We were having issue cooling one room in our house, and realized we needed a mini split AC unit. Nick and his team figured out what our needs were and realized they don’t normally carry the type of mini A/C that would fit our needs. Within 24 hours they found the right product, picked it up, and were at our house installing it.They did not make a mess, and what little debris was created they cleaned up.It is not often you find a contractor that authentically has your best interest as their driving force. that was our entire impression of the Weiss team during this experience.

Nick and Steve are fantastic and TRUSTWORTHY! I’ve used 4 different air conditioning companies to attempt to fix the issues with our BRAND NEW Taylor Morrison home’s AC system. Josh & Shane we both very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. They took the time to answer questions, provide explanations and to discuss options for potential enhancements as they serviced our two systems.
