At Weiss Air Conditioning & Plumbing, we’re looking for dependable, experienced HVAC technicians who take pride in their work and want to be part of a growing local company.

We serve homeowners throughout Montgomery, Conroe, The Woodlands, Willis, and surrounding areas. We believe in doing quality work, taking care of our customers, supporting our team, and giving good employees the opportunity to grow.

We currently have two HVAC Service Technician positions available:

HVAC Service Technician – 2+ Years Experience
We’re looking for a technician with at least two years of residential HVAC experience who is comfortable with maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. You should be dependable, communicate well with customers, take pride in clean, quality work, and be willing to continue learning and growing.

Senior HVAC Service Technician – 5+ Years Experience
We’re looking for an experienced technician with strong residential diagnostic and repair skills who is comfortable handling more complex service calls. This position is a good fit for someone who takes ownership of their work, maintains high standards, and can be a resource for less experienced technicians.
